Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi says he's been assured stars won't be sold this summer.
Inter have lost Achraf Hakimi to PSG this week, but Inzaghi stated he expects the fullback to be their only major departure.
He said at his presentation today: "I knew about Hakimi, but I was promised that the team will remain competitive, we hear from each other every day, we know where to intervene, we are aiming for a better path in the Champions League because I know that Inter have not gone to the second round since 2011."
On replacing Antonio Conte, Inzaghi also stated: "This change is the motivation that gave it to me. I found people who in a few days made me understand that they wanted me at all costs. I know there will be difficulties because we have to defend the title, but we are Inter and we will do everything to remain champions again next summer.
"I take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Conte and his team."
