Millwall manager Gary Rowett is full of praise for Arsenal loanee Daniel Ballard.
The 21-year-old centre-back is the newest addition to Rowett's squad as they prepare for the 2021/2022 Championship season.
Millwall have secured three players in the transfer window with a focus on having a squad good enough to challenge for promotion.
Ballard, who was on loan with Blackpool last term, will be hoping to gain regular first team football and continue his development with Millwall.
Speaking to millwallfc.co.uk, Rowett said: "Dan comes in from Arsenal with fabulous pedigree. He's a young defender with great size and good experience with Northern Ireland and Blackpool last season.
"We feel there's an opportunity for him to come in and push the group forward. It will be a good challenge for him."
