Kays Ruiz and Jordi Escobar have passed their Barcelona medicals.
The young duo will initially be registered to Sergi Barjuan's Barca B team for the new season.
Midfielder Ruiz arrives from PSG, while striker Escobar joins from Almeria.
Ruiz is a former Barca junior, though was forced to make the move to PSG as the Catalans were punished for breaching youth recruitment laws.
Escobar also returns to the city, having previously spent time with Espanyol as a junior.
