Wolves have agreed a fee to sign Rayan Ait-Nouri from Angers in France.
The 20-year-old left back impressed on loan last season at the Molineux Stadium club.
Wolves will now pay Angers £10 million for his permanent signature, according the Express and Star.
Angers get a 50 percent sell on clause within the deal, which Wolves can buy out for a set fee at a later date.
The Premier League side should confirm Ait-Nouri's arrival in the coming days.
