Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu is determined to remain in England for the new season.
Okay spent the second-half of last season on-loan with West Brom, where he impressed despite their relegation.
West Brom are keen to keep hold of the Turkey international and he is open to playing in the Championship next season.
However, AS says promoted Watford are also interested and willing to offer €5m to Celta for the midfielder.
For his part, Okay has no preference at this stage of the market.
