Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan is considering international retirement.
BILD says after Toni Kroos, of Real Madrid, ended his international career on Friday, Gündogan could be next.
The midfielder is ready to focus his efforts only on Manchester City in the future. Gundogan would be 32 years old at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
First, however, he wants to sit down with new Germany coach Hansi Flick to consider where he stands in his plans. If the feedback is that he'll only be a squad player, Gundogan is prepared to end his international career.
