Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino expects a big spending market from his old club.
Speaking on TalkSport, Cascarino thinks after our Champions League triumph in May, Thomas Tuchel will continue to further strengthen his squad.
"Chelsea have earned a lot of money over the last year," Cascarino said. "From the Champions League and the selling of Hazard.
"I cannot believe they aren't going to break the bank to get someone like Haaland.
"They are going to do a big transfer in my opinion."
