PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes admits a move for Argentina teammate Lionel Messi is now unlikely.
Messi remains a free agent after coming off contract last month at Barcelona.
Paredes told ESPN: "There was a lot of talk at the club when it became known that Leo (Messi) could come to Paris. It was a dream to imagine that he could be with us next season, but it will not be like that, I hope he likes the place where he is playing."
On winning the Copa America with Messi, Paredes continued: "The truth is that we really enjoyed the 45 days we spent together.
"It was a fantastic group, with incredible people and first-rate players."
