Everton are pushing to sign Lazio attacker Joaquin Correa.
Il Messaggero says Everton are one of only two Premier League clubs to have made a move to sign Correa.
Tthe Blues have made a “significant effort" to sign the Lazio forward, as have Tottenham Hotspur.
The report goes on to say that Everton and Spurs are only to pay £17m to sign the 26-year-old, which is below the Serie A outfit's valuation.
Arsenal, Leicester and Wolves have all been credited with an interest, and are said to be monitoring the situation.
