New Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano has clashed with his former Spezia fans.
Fiorentina activated a €1m release clause to prise Italiano away from his Spezia contract.
TMW reports a group of Spezia fans showed up to Fiorentina's training in Moena on Tuesday to criticise the 43-year-old.
The fans insulted their former coach and blamed him for leaving the club on the cheap.
Italiano seemed annoyed and hit back, saying he spent two seasons at the club despite being underpaid.
