Manchester City are considering a loan move for youngster Liam Delap, son of ex-Southampton star Rory Delap.
The 18-year-old is one of the most impressive players in the City Under-23 side, which won the title last season.
He scored 27 goals in 24 games for the Under-23s and received three senior appearances from manager Pep Guardiolas as well.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Preston North End are among the teams seeking Delap on loan.
The source claims, however, that no decision has been made about whether to loan him out or continue to integrate him into the first team setup.
