Real Betis midfielder Nabil Fekir admits he was frustrated missing Euro 2020 selection with France.
Impressive for Betis last season, Fekir was a surprise omission for France coach Didier Deschamps' final squad.
"It hurt me not to go to the Euro, but I have to keep working. I want to play for the France team again. I am ambitious and I intend to be with the best in the best competitions," said Fekir.
"Time passes very quickly, I start the third season with great enthusiasm.
"People know that I have quality, they always ask for a lot. I want to do my best for this great club and hopefully this year will be good for everyone."
