Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina has said his goodbyes to the club after signing for Nice in France.
The 27-year-old joined in 2017 from Juventus, but never managed to hit the heights that were expected from him.
He spent the past two seasons on loan at Galatasaray in Turkey and Fulham in the Premier League.
The Saints have reportedly secured roughly €5.5 million, which is around a third of what they paid to sign Lemina.
The Gabonese star posted on Twitter "2017-2021 THANK YOU I wish you all the best #WeMarchOn #Saints"
An official announcement has yet to arrive from Southampton.
Lemina was also linked with Newcastle United.
