Monaco and Cologne have agreed on a fee for Ismail Jakobs, per Sky Sports.

The left-back is someone that has been linked with a move to the Premier League over the past few months.

Leicester City and Brighton were linked with the Germany under-21 international.

Now he could be heading to Monaco to play in Ligue 1, with a fee of roughly £5.5 million mooted.

Monaco sporting director Paul Mitchell, who worked at Southampton and Tottenham in the past, is brokering the deal.
