Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is keen on Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.
The Athletic reports Levy might be more interested in Chelsea's proposal for Harry Kane over one from Manchester City.
This is because any cash-plus-player deal that Chelsea offer will likely be more affordable, and they can offer Spurs players in positions they want to strengthen.
Players such as Abraham may be an option in a swap deal, who could be an immediate replacement for Kane.
Spurs could also be in the market for a central defender - a position Chelsea are well stocked in - with Toby Alderweireld potentially leaving the club this summer.
Andreas Christensen or Kurt Zouma could be other players that may interest Levy if a deal is to happen between the London rivals.
