Former Norway coach Nils Johan Semb has heaped praise on Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for their market work.
Solskjaer has just overseen the addition of Raphael Varane from Real Madrid to follow Jadon Sancho's deal from Borussia Dortmund.
Semb told VG: "He buys young players, but also some who are well established, who have shown that they have the level inside. I think he hits that strategy very well. These are two top purchases.
"He has almost a complete stable now. They may be missing a nine.
"It is expected that they will be a title challenger."
