Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) has started distributing the RM500 one-off assistance under Phase One of the Pemerkasa Plus stimulus package to a total of 2,588 public transport drivers in Sabah with an allocation of RM1.29 million on Thursday.
The 2,588 public transport drivers comprise 1,818 taxi and car rental drivers, 391 tourist bus drivers and 379 school bus drivers.
