Smith Rowe signed a new contract and was handed the coveted No10 shirt by Arsenal ahead of the Premier League kickoff.
Arteta is delighted with Smith Rowe's commitment and has no doubts the midfielder will handle wearing the No10 shirt. The manager also lays out his plans for the youngster for the seasons ahead.
