West Ham United are lining up a bid for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.
The Frenchman has been touted as a makeweight for Chelsea's negotiations with Sevilla for Jules Kounde.
But theDaily Mailsays Zouma prefers to stay in London, and West Ham are looking to capitalise.
The Hammers are preparing to offer £20m for the 26-year-old.
Kounde, 22, has a £68.4m release clause in his contract.
Chelsea could use the money from Zouma's sale to fund a move for Kounde, who can play at centre-back and right-back.
