Former Braga coach Jose Carvalho Araujo believes Wolves signing Francisco Trincao was wrong to move to Barcelona last year.
The winger signed for Wolves earlier this month from Barca on-loan.
Araujo told Goal: "I do not think it was the right time for a young player to come to Barcelona. They had problems with Lionel Messi and went through a tough phase right then.
"I do not know Ronald Koeman but he does not feel like a coach who develops young players in a good way either."
Trincao played 42 competitive matches for Barça during his debut season but the majority were off the bench.
