However, Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira reports Inter are set to face competition from Atletico for Bellerin's signature this summer.
Should Kieran Trippier be successful in forcing through a move to Manchester United, Atletico will consider Bellerin as a replacement.
For their part, Inter are in talks with Arsenal over an initial loan deal for the fullback.
