Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits he is in the dark about the fitness of his returning first team stars.
United are set to welcome several important players as they step up preparations for the new Premier League season.
Solskjaer indicated after his side's 2-2 draw with Brentford in a friendly that he cannot be sure until he sees the players in person on Monday.
He said: "For the boys who've not come back yet, I've not got a Scooby-Doo how they are fitness-wise, everyone's due in for training Monday, then it's three weeks since their last game, Fred in the Copa America and the English finalists, so we'll see how they are because it's down to them what they've done during the holidays as well."
With the team preparing for its opening day game against Leeds United at Old Trafford in a little over two weeks, Solskjaer will be hoping most of his Copa America and Euro 2020 stars are in good shape when they return from their holidays.
