Chelsea midfielder Jorginho is still pinching himself after an amazing end of season.
Jorginho is a European champion at club and international level.
He said, "It is hard to describe because it's something that was so far away for me.
"It was a really big dream for me and it is such a good feeling to achieve these dreams.
"It's been a very good season. We did so much as a team, it was a good season for everyone involved.
"The manager [Thomas Tuchel] understands my characteristics and he told me what he wants me to do. I try my best for the team every game.
"Now I can't wait to have fans back next season because it was weird playing without them. We want them back supporting the team and I can't wait to see them again."
