Akhmat Grozny assistant coach Yaya Toure was delighted to take up the chance to observe Liverpool in training.
On invitation of former Senegal teammate Sadio Mane, Toure was able to attend training as the Reds continued their preseason camp in Austria.
The Manchester City great was able to exchange ideas with Reds manager Jurgen Klopp and was grateful for the experience afterwards.
He posted online: "Great to meet coach Klopp and watch the @liverpoolfc squad training!
"Top manager and what a humble man, really enjoyed my time with you coach Klopp and the lads here today."
