PSG goalkeeper Gigio Donnarumma admits the players are demanding better from eachother after Italy's victory against Belgium.

Italy won the quarterfinal 2-1, with Belgium scoring late on.

Donnarumma later remarked: "That game felt interminable, it just wouldn't end! This group is extraordinary, we deserve this and now we'll play the semi-final, as we slowly approach our objective.

"I always try to help the team, I'm emotional as this is my first major tournament and I wanted to progress as much as possible with the Italy jersey. I hope to make everyone's dream come true.

"We were a little angry in the locker room, but immediately calmed down, as there were 45 minutes to go and we couldn't waste energy on that. We had chances to extend our lead, but the important thing was to reach the semi-finals.

“This Italy is extraordinary and we can fight it out with anyone."
