Toulouse president Damien Comolli expects winger Amine Adli to leave this summer.
Adli has been linked with Arsenal, AC Milan and Leicester City in recent weeks.
"There is a possibility that he will renew? No, I haven't believed it for a long time," he told Tuttomercatoweb.
"We've had a dozen discussions and at a certain point, when the player doesn't want to, he doesn't want to.
" For me he will go away, he doesn't want to stay."
