Kota Kinabalu: The long-overdue expansion and improvement of Sapangar Bay Container Port is expected to start soon to improve Sabah’s capital city port logistic facilities for bigger ships.
Like Muara Port in Brunei which was improved and expanded by one of China’s contractors under its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), another of China’s construction giants is involved here with a Malaysian listed company.
