PAPAR: A fishing trip turned tragic after a 27-year-old man was found drowned at the river mouth of Sungai Benoni, here, Sunday.
District Police Chief DSP Batholomew ak Umpit said the incident happened when the victim along with two friends were on their way back through the river.
He said the boat engine fell into the river, prompting the deceased and his friends to retrieve it.
