Arsenal are putting the final touches on a deal for Anderlecht midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga.
The Gunners still have to agree on a future sale percentage.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the Gunners have agreed personal terms with the 21-year-old, having offered €17.5m (£15m) for his services plus add-ons.
Lokonga is a dynamic box-to-box midfielder who has made 69 appearances for Anderlecht, scoring three goals.
He is also a Belgium youth international and, while he is yet to play for the senior side, he earned his first call-up in March.
