Manchester City winger Meshino is joining Estoril.
The Japan international will sign on a season-long loan with the Portuguese outfit.
Meshino spent last term with Rio Ave.
O Jogo says the promoted Estoril have reached an agreement with City for the loan of the 23-year-old Japanese winger.
Meshino is expected today in Amoreira to be confirmed an Estoril addition.
