West Ham manager David Moyes is showing serious interest in Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley.
The Hammers had hoped to complete the permanent signing of Jesse Lingard from Manchester United.
However, no move has materialized, per 90Min.
Now Moyes is looking at Barkley, who is surplus to requirements at Chelsea and enjoyed a successful loan spell with Aston Villa last term.
However, Lingard is still West Ham's priority, as he fitted into the team excellently in the second half of last season.
