Kota Kinabalu: Incidents of custodial death whether in detention cells of police or MACC in the past were not all solved to the satisfaction of the aggrieved parties or families to date.
One of the prominent lingering cases is that of the supposed suicide of Teoh Beng Hock who was found on the fifth floor of the Plaza Masalam building in Shah Alam on July 16, 2009, after he was interviewed at the MACC office on the 14th floor of the same building into the wee hours.
