West Ham United are still holding talks with defender Vladimir Coufal about his future.
The right-back does want to stay with the London club, but there is no agreement as yet.
Coufal was very impressive last season after signing from Slavia Prague in October 2020.
The 28-year-old played 34 Premier League games as the Magpies qualified for the Europa League.
Coufal believes the club's current offer does not match with his performance since joning.
