Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich hasn't dropped his push to bring Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku back to the club this summer.
Lukaku rejected a €10m-a-year offer from Chelsea last week, but TMW says Abramovich is ready to try again.
Chelsea's plan is to secure agreement over personal terms with Lukaku before approaching Inter over a fee. Given the debt problems of Inter owners Suning, there's a confidence the Nerazzurri will sell for a competitive price.
Fueling the talk today is news that Abramovich's son is in Milan and staying at a hotel in the city centre.
It's been suggested Abramovich has approved a new contract offer of €15m-a-year for Lukaku - which would double his current terms with Inter.
With Inter, Chelsea would be willing to go to €120m for the Belgium international.
