Brentford manager Thomas Frank says new signing Yoane Wissa will 'provide goals and assists' for his side.
The Bees signed Wissa from Lorient this week in the hope he can team up with goal-machine Ivan Toney.
Speaking ahead of Friday's clash with Arsenal, Frank explained the move.
"We needed more depth and strength in the offensive part," he told reporters.
"He's powerful and pacy as a winger and can play as a 10 or strikerish. We need that. He can provide goals and assists, he has done well in France and can reach a higher level with us.
"I had a half hour talk with him today about settling in and the style of play, my expectations for him. He's a positive person so I'm sure he'll be fine."
