Manchester United great Roy Keane says Chelsea and Manchester City have bought this summer like champions.
Keane made the observation when discussing Romelu Lukaku's performance in Chelsea's win at Arsenal.
He said, "He's the real deal. We think he's brilliant already but from the few interviews we've heard, he's more mature more of a team player.
"That link up play today, he possibly got criticised a bit at Manchester United for that. He's gone to Italy, got success in the league – not just himself but as a team – and brought it back to Chelsea.
"We talk about the fee involved, you're paying £40-50 million for players with potential, they bought the real deal for £98million. It's just a no brainer.
"Man City win the league and they buy Grealish - a statement. Chelsea win the European Cup they go get Lukaku. Just sending messages to the opposition to say 'we mean business'."
