Striker Welbeck and fullback Lamptey both featured in Brighton training yesterday as they prepared for the weekend clash with Watford.
Both first teamers were missing for last Saturday's win at Burnley, but the pair were seen taking part in full-scale training with Brighton teammates on Thursday.
