Chelsea star Jorginho has been named UEFA Men's Player of the Year.

The Italy international enjoyed an incredible season for both club and country.

Originally born in Brazil, the holding midfielder won the Champions League with Chelsea.

The Blues defeated Manchester City in the final.

Jorginho continued his stellar season at Euro 2020, claiming the trophy with Italy after a penalty shootout win over England.

The 29-year-old beat out team-mate N'Golo Kante and Kevin De Bruyne for the award.
