AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners has joined Atalanta.
He moves in a permanent deal and Atalanta reportedly paid €12m for the 23-year-old's services.
"Teun Koopmeiners is a new Atalanta player," the club wrote on Twitter. “Welcome, Teun!"
The 23 year-old joins Atalanta after spending his entire career with AZ.
Koopmeiners had been a target for the Champions League qualifiers since the end of last season.
