Mazeed Ogungbo has signed a professional contract with Arsenal for the first time.
The 18-year-old defender impressed during his 14 appearances for the Under-18s and two games for the under-23s last term.
The Republic of Ireland youth product is a left back who can also play as a centre-back.
"I'm just so excited and so grateful to Arsenal that they've given me this opportunity," Mazeed told the club's website after signing the contract.
"To be able to extend my time here is a real honour and I'm really excited for what the future holds here."
