Arsenal are once again turning their attention to Barcelona goalkeeper Neto.

The Gunners are in the market for a shot stopper, and had a strong interest in Aaron Ramsdale from Sheffield United.

However, the Championship side were demanding a mega fee for the English youngster.

According to The Athletic, Neto is seen by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta as a good alternative to Ramsdale.

While he is a lot more experienced, he would be very affordable, and would serve as an able deputy to Bernd Leno this season.

Neto is 32 and has one senior cap for his country Brazil.
