Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has hailed Sam Edozie as a special talent.
18-year-old Edozie was handed a starting berth against both Barnsley and Blackpool, scoring in the 4-1 win over the Tangerines on Tuesday.
"As a young talent, having a special quality, a guy who gets to the box with intention to score a goal - it's so important for wingers," he pointed out.
"He's an incredible young player with good pace.
"But we have to be patient with him. He had minutes and played good and this is important."
