Former Newcastle United and Leeds United midfielder Vurnon Anita has been offered a fresh chance by RKC Waalwijk.
Having come off contract in June, Anita has failed to find himself a new club. It was his decision to reject RKC's new terms.
Rather than shut the door on the 32 year-old, RKC have offered Anita a chance to trial with the club with the view to landing a new deal.
Anita has been informed RKC have other midfield transfer targets, but won't rule out re-signing the midfielder.
