Tottenham striker Kion Etete can't wait to get started in his loan spell with Northampton Town.
The 19-year-old penned a new contract with Spurs until 2023 before joining the League Two side.
“I'm really looking forward to getting to know the group and I can't wait to get started," he said.
“My time at Notts County gave me a lot of experience at a young age and then the move to Spurs just elevated it.
“This move is very important for me to get that experience of first team football. To improve as a player you need that game time and hopefully I can get that here.
“This is a great club and I see this move as a great opportunity for me to play games and score some goals to help the club achieve what they want to do.
“As a player I like to think of myself as an all-round striker, I like to get in behind but I also like the ball to feet and I can hold the ball up.
“I'm really looking forward to working with the coaching team here and I just can't wait for that first game on Saturday."
