Manchester United have announced Raphael Varane's shirt number after his signing was confirmed today.
Varane has been given the no.19 shirt after joining the club on Saturday.
Varane will take the same shirt number as the one he first had with Real Madrid after his move from Lens back in 2011.
The four-time Champions League winner also had two other numbers whilst with the Spanish giants, the no.2 and the no.5.
The last occupier of the no. 19 at United was Ivory Coast forward Amad but the Ivorian will now wear 16.
