Watford striker Andre Gray is poised to join Queens Park Rangers on a season-long loan.
The Jamaica international is undergoing a medical with the Championship club, according to the Watford Observer.
A deal has been agreed between the two clubs, with the 30-year-old entering the final year of his contract at Vicarage Road.
Gray worked with QPR boss Mark Warburton at Brentford.
