Tottenham are willing to sell Harry Kane this summer.
The Daily Star says Tottenham would consider a Manchester City offer of £120million for Kane - if the Premier League champions commit to at least another £20m in add-ons.
The top-up sums would be based on City winning the Champions League and the Premier League with England captain Kane in the team.
There could even be an additional bonus payment if Kane, 28, breaks Alan Shearer's Premier League goal-scoring record as a City player.
The major add-on sum, though, would be based on City winning the Champions League for the first time.
What is certain is that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy won't sanction the sale of Kane unless he secures a record-breaking deal.
