Hertha Berlin have failed with a late move for Leicester City winger Rachid Ghezzal.
The Foxes are in the process of selling Ghezzal to Besiktas this week, with a fee already agreed.
Fussball Transfers says Hertha made an attempt to intervene and trump Besiktas for the midfielder.
But Ghezzal couldn't be convinced and he remains committed to signing for Besiktas, where he spent last season on-loan.
Besiktas will cough up around €4m for his permanent signing, having managed to talk down Leicester from their original €10m valuation.
