Tuttosport says Spurs have offered the midfielder to Italian giants Juventus in a potential swap deal for American McKennie.
Ndombele who signed from Lyon for £63m in 2019, has endured a frustrating time at Tottenham and was left out of the squad for the game against Manchester City last week.
He made 46 competitive appearances for Tottenham last season, scoring six goals and assisting four.
McKennie meanwhile is on the market for the right price despite impressing in his debut season at the Serie A giants with six goals and three assists in 46 matches.
