Inter Milan are maintaining a €120m cash deal for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Inter chief Beppe Marotta is driving negotiations from their end with Chelsea's managing director Marina Granovskaia.
Chelsea's latest offer is €110m cash plus fullback Davide Zappacosta for the Belgium international.
However, Marotta is insisting Inter want €120m to sell Lukaku in the coming days.
The final word on the sale, meanwhile, will be left to Inter president Steven Zhang.
